TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AND REWARDS PROGRAMME
Membership
1. ASK C2 Rewards (the “Programme”) is a loyalty scheme operated by ASK C2 Luxury Concierge Club (“ASK C2”) under which members accumulate rewards in respect of ASK C2 qualifying purchases made using their ASK C2 Luxury Concierge Club Membership number (“Membership Number”).
2. On joining the Programme each member (“Member”) will be issued a ASK C2 Luxury Concierge Club Membership card (“Membership Card”), which will entitle the Member to participate in the program. Membership Cards remain the property of ASK C2.
3. Members must be aged 18 years or over and have a valid email address and Bank Account. ASK C2 Luxury Concierge Club reserves the right to refuse an application at its own discretion.
4. Membership Cards are limited to one per person and are for personal use by the Member only unless agreed in writing. Membership Cards cannot be shared or distributed or used for commercial purposes.
5. ASK C2 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Membership Card, cash reward accumulated or membership to ASK C2 if ASK C2 believes that the Membership Card is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. ASK C2 will provide monthly account statements to active Members showing the ASK C2 balance. Members may also check their balance by contacting the ASK C2 team via email at [email protected]
Collecting Rewards
1. Members earn Rewards on qualifying purchases made through ASK C2 (as defined below in ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’).
2. Members may accumulate Rewards on qualifying purchases as follows:
a) 5% of the entire purchase price subject to certain exclusions and qualifications;
b) The same level of Rewards are applied regardless of Member spend and tier level;
c) Each Member must present their Membership Number at the time of purchase in order for the Rewards to be credited to their account;
d) Rewards are paid one month in arrears following completion of the transaction.
1. If a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Rewards awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly.
Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions
1. Subject to the exclusion of promotional and discounted goods, Members can earn Rewards on purchases made through ASK C2 (including website and application purchases) or with any ASK C2 Brand Partner (as defined below).
ASK C2 Brand Partners
1. ASK C2 partners with specific stores (“ASK C2 Partner Stores”) where a Member can make purchases using their Membership Card.
2. Services or purchases made with a ASK C2 brand Partner will allow Members to accumulate Rewards in the same manner as set out above.
3. To remain up to date with ASK C2 Partner locations, Members should contact the ASK C2 team at [email protected]
4. Services or Purchases made which is not with an ASK C2 brand Partner, will not gain Rewards.
Cash Rewards
1. Under the Programme, Members will, each month have the cash equivalent of the ASK C2 total spend earned during the previous calendar month credited into their chosen Bank Account. The Cash Reward value of 5% will be reflected in each monthly current Membership balance.
2. Members must allow 24 hours for each services or purchase to be updated onto their ASK C2 Membership Account.
3. If a Member fails to provide its Membership Number upon conducting a purchase or using the service, Members are only able to redeem their Rewards if they provide their Membership Number on the same day as the transaction is made.
4. The Rewards may be redeemed either by crediting the Member’s chosen bank account with the Rewards amount or, held on account by ASK C2 for future services.
Member Free Gift
1. Each month a member will be chosen at random by the committee to receive a “free gift” this is non-refundable and can be opted out of at any time during Membership.
Rewards Benefits
1. Members will also receive ASK C2 benefits (“Benefits”) commensurate with their level of spend in a calendar year (1st January to 31st December), as follows:
(a) Gold Card;
(b) Titanium Card;
(c) Black Card;
(d) Billionaire Card;
(e) Corporate Card
1. Benefits are subjected to certain limitations, exclusions, restrictions and availability. ASK C2 reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Benefits at any time in its discretion. Any additions made to these terms and conditions relating to Benefits will be made available to Members in further correspondence.

Updates and Changes to the Programme
1. ASK C2 has the right to terminate the Programme or makes changes to the terms of the Programme at any time. ASK C2 will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. For up-to-date terms and conditions, Members should refer to these ASK C2 Terms and Conditions. A Member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by the continued use of a Membership Card.
2. ASK C2 may at any time and in its absolute discretion refuse or revoke any Member’s membership of the Programme in which case that Member’s Rewards will be forfeited and any unused Rewards balance may be cancelled.
General Membership Conditions
1. Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.
2. Members agree and acknowledge that all specifications and advertising issued by ASK C2 and any descriptions or illustrations contained on our website or application are provided for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. ASK C2 is not bound by such descriptions which do not form a part of these Terms and Conditions, nor are they a part of the sales agreement and this is not a sale by sample.
3. Members shall notify the ASK C2 team of any change of address or other personal details and of any damage, theft or loss of a Member’s Rewards card. ASK C2 will not be responsible for any loss of offers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate.
4. ASK C2 shall not be liable for any damage, theft, loss or unauthorised use of any Member’s Rewards card and Members are strongly advised to keep their Rewards cards safe and secure.
5. These terms and conditions do not affect Members ‘statutory rights.
Privacy and Your Data
1. ASK C2 is the data controller of any personal information it collects about Members in relation to the Rewards Programme. Any personal information collected from Members will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions.
2. By participating in the Programme, Member consents to ASK C2 collecting and storing any information provided by the Member to ASK C2 on enrolment in the Programme and information relating to the Member’s transactions, purchases and participation in the Programme. This will include personal data about the Member including the Member’s name, address and purchases. ASK C2 will only share a Member’s personal information with carefully selected third party partners to assist with the operation of the Programme (including, but not limited to, the provision of Member Benefits).
3. ASK C2 will use a Member’s personal information for the following purposes:
(a) Administering the Programme (including the provision of Member Benefits);
(b) Market research and statistical analysis;
(c) Where the Member has provided their consent, offering products and services that are likely to be of interest, including special events, offers, promotions, publications and catalogues by post, email, mobile/landline phone and/or through any social network if the Member has provided such details and consent to ASK C2.
Excluded Rewards/ Benefits
1. Certain brands and services are excluded from the Rewards and Benefits of the Programme, including but not limited to discounted and promotional goods. Please contact the ASK C2 team for a full list of exclusions.
Termination of Membership
1. A Member can choose to leave the Programme at any time by contacting the ASK C2 team, or by opting out of receiving marketing information from ASK C2.
