Terms of Service.


Last revised: April 2025. These terms govern the relationship between ASK C2 Limited and its Members. They are written in plain English and intended to be read.

01 — Definitions

“ASK C2”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ASK C2 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 36 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4JE.

“Member”, “you” and “your” refer to any individual or entity admitted to ASK C2 membership in accordance with the terms set out herein.

“Services” refers to the concierge, lifestyle management, transportation, close protection, and bespoke services provided by ASK C2 to its Members.

02 — Membership

Membership of ASK C2 is granted by personal arrangement and at the absolute discretion of the directors. Applications are reviewed in confidence and may be declined without explanation.

Members agree to provide accurate personal information at the point of onboarding and to maintain that information for so long as the membership is active.

Membership fees, where applicable, are agreed privately and recorded in a separate engagement letter that forms part of these terms.

03 — Confidentiality & Discretion

ASK C2 treats all Member information, requests, communications, and outcomes as strictly confidential. We do not publish, marketise, or disclose Member identities or arrangements at any time.

Members are similarly requested to treat the operational details of the service — including the identity of staff, drivers, partners, and pricing — as confidential.

04 — Scope of Services

The Services are provided on a best-endeavours basis. While we maintain extraordinary standards of execution, we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties (restaurants, venues, airlines, hotels, sporting bodies).

Some Services involve introductions to specialist third-party providers. Where this occurs, ASK C2 vets those providers carefully but does not assume liability for their conduct or output.

05 — Payment & Disbursements

Membership fees and disbursements are invoiced in arrears unless otherwise agreed. Disbursements are charged at cost plus a transparent service margin where stated.

Late payment beyond thirty days may, at our discretion, result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

06 — Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the membership fees paid by the Member in the same period.

07 — Termination

Either party may terminate the membership relationship by written notice. ASK C2 reserves the right to terminate immediately where, in its reasonable view, continuation would conflict with our standards of conduct, safety, or legal obligation.

On termination, outstanding fees and disbursements become payable immediately and confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely.

08 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
